Each year, HITEC seeks input from industry professionals and presenters to help create an engaging, informative and comprehensive education program.
The opportunity to submit a presentation proposal for HITEC 2025 is now concluded. The HITEC Advisory Council is greatly appreciative of the interest to participate and looks forward to developing an informative and innovative education program.
Selection of the submitted proposals will be confirmed by March 31, 2025.
Additional Speaking Opportunities
Options to present remain for HITEC Exhibitors through the following paid speaking opportunities.
Exhibitor Tutorials — These popular 30-minute presentations in the exhibit hall allow companies to share about their products, offer information, and engage with the show floor audience. Individual Tutorial titles are listed on the official HITEC schedule.
Technology Showcases — This limited opportunity for companies reserves a slot within the HITEC education program. The 50-minute session offers an education room adjacent to the HITEC education sessions and runs concurrently with the program. Showcase titles are listed on the official HITEC schedule.
