Orchid.Events (Orchid Event Solutions) is the official housing service for HITEC and reservations must be made through them. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.

You are encouraged to submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity to receive the hotel of your choice.

To make a special hotel reservation request, please contact Orchid Events at +1 (888) 308-2080 or by email to [email protected]. Special requests are not guaranteed. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Cancellations and Changes

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until April 10, 2025. After this date, a $50 cancellation fee applies. Your hotel may charge one night’s room rate and tax if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival date.

Through June 5, 2025 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via email at [email protected]. After June 5, 2025, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations. Please note that Orchid Event Solutions does not accept cancellations over the phone.

Important notice

Unauthorized housing companies are approaching attendees and exhibitors to offer hotel rooms at significant discounts. Please beware of these imposters as you may risk losing deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges or being bait and switched to hotel rooms you never booked. These companies are in no way affiliated with HFTP. Do not give them your credit card information.

If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for HITEC, or if they represent themselves as the "HFTP housing provider," please get as much information as you can and report it to HFTP at [email protected].

The official housing provider for HITEC 2025 is Orchid.Events. To ensure secure and legitimate bookings, please book your accommodations only through the HITEC website. Unfortunately, HFTP cannot assist attendees who fall victim to housing scams, so please book directly through HITEC's trusted provider, Orchid.Events.
