Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) is stepping into its next era with three transformative Headliner Sessions in the form of Dr. Bryan K. Williams, Glenn Haussman, Anthony Melchiorri and another exciting installment of E20X. Produced by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), HITEC Charlotte will take place from June 24-27 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina USA.
“In a rapidly evolving industry like hospitality technology, the right keynote speakers aren't just voices on stage — they're the architects of our collective future,” says HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe, CAE. “Their insights illuminate the path forward, guiding us through the complexities of innovation and inspiring us to redefine what's possible in guest experience and operational excellence.”
Dr. Bryan K. Williams will open the Headliner stage at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24. A noted authority on service excellence and leadership effectiveness, Williams will provide insights unique to the industry, himself having risen from busboy at The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas to become the company’s Global Corporate Director of Training & Organizational Effectiveness. Focused on leaders who want to refocus and inspire their teams to provide a consistently engaging customer experience, Williams’ biggest goal is to provide attendees with practical and applicable tips that can be used immediately.
The following morning on June 25, No Vacancy podcast hosts Glenn Haussman and Anthony Melchiorri will transform their insights from conversations with hospitality executives on a near-daily basis into a can’t-miss seminar on technological adoption at every stakeholder level. These industry luminaries will discuss where hospitality is headed on every rung of the corporate ladder and what potential “overload” could mean for product stacks and solutions already curated and yet to be built.
Wednesday, June 26th opens with the eagerly awaited HFTP Entrepreneur 20X (E20X) hospitality technology start-up pitch competition at 8:15 a.m. A seminal crowd favorite on the Headliner stage, E20X brings forth aspiring entrepreneurs unveiling pioneering business ideas to an audience of HITEC attendees and a discerning panel of judges.
Beyond the Headliner stage, HITEC has once again curated an extensive educational program with the help of this year’s HITEC Advisory Council. One of the most notable sessions will be led by famed keynote speaker Bart Berkey. Join Berkey at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning for a super session focused on encouraging attendees to go above and beyond as leaders to do what “Most People Don’t.”
Access to the Headliner sessions is open to all registered HITEC attendees.
